I have come to know Ajay as a creative go-getter with a heart of gold. He embodies for me the pursuit of dreams, regardless of the limitations that life sometimes imposes. The way in which he, despite his limitations for a group of consultants, gives a presentation about his life project, promotes his goals, I found very impressive. In order to communicate well with Ajay, you really have to pay full attention and focus, but that is also a good teaching for yourself.  What then comes out is always of value. The energy and motivation that Ajay exhibits when he really strives for something are fantastic. He knows how to mobilize many people. I also know him as a very honest person with a high degree of gratitude and warmth for those around him.

We have met Ajay in the context of Mijnkwaliteitvanleven.nl, a national inquiry into health care in the Netherlands. He welcomed us very friendly and openly shared his world view with us. He reflects on his role in society and the contribution he wishes to make to the world. He does not want to be on the sidelines. Instead, he wants to play his part, to connect with people and inspire them. We appreciate the way in which he searches for possibilities to make his dreams come true and wish him all the best!
